Governance structure, system of quality management and independence policies of Controlaudit Auditores Certificados, S.L.
In compliance with the Spanish Audit Act (Law 22/2015 of 20 July) and its implementing regulations, we make our annual transparency report available to the public.
The report provides a clear and detailed view of the firm’s governance structure, our internal system of quality management and our independence policies, as well as other relevant aspects of the organisation and of the exercise of our professional activity as an audit firm registered with Spain’s Official Register of Statutory Auditors under no. S1604.
With this document we reinforce our commitment to transparency, independence, technical rigour and professional responsibility, which are the foundation of our work. The report is prepared every year and includes information on the most recent closed financial year.
