No. The initial conversation and the proposal are free of charge and without obligation.
Before accepting an engagement we must check that there are no grounds for incompatibility and no threat to our independence, as required by the Spanish Audit Act (Law 22/2015 of 20 July). This is a mandatory step for any auditor.
For an initial assessment, all we need is your latest annual accounts, the reason for the engagement (legal requirement, grant, transaction, etc.) and the deadline you have to meet. If it concerns a grant, it helps to have the terms of the call for applications to hand.
Yes. The information you provide to us is protected by the auditor’s duty of professional secrecy and is used solely to deal with your request, in accordance with our privacy policy.
Yes. We work with companies, foundations, cooperatives and public bodies throughout Spain; much of the work can be done remotely and we travel when the engagement requires it.
