Article 84 regulates the audit: the cases in which it is required, requests by 5% of the members, appointment by the general assembly for a period of three to nine years and registration of the appointment with the Register within one month. Failure to carry out a mandatory external audit is a serious infringement (Article 139.3.d).<\/li><li><strong>Grants:<\/strong> Law 7\/2005 of 18 November on Grants of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia implements the regime of the Spanish General Grants Act (Law 38\/2003) at regional level. Aid from the Instituto de Fomento de la Regi\u00f3n de Murcia (INFO, the regional development agency), an entity governed by Law 9\/2006, is also governed by the terms of each call for applications,
