Housing cooperatives have additional cases (Article 91.13). <a href=\"\/en\/blog\/cooperative-audit-valencian-community\/\">Find out more \u2192<\/a><\/li><li><b>You are a foundation in the Valencian Community.<\/b> Law 8\/1998 (Article 21.6) adds four further circumstances to the three general thresholds, such as prices charged to beneficiaries exceeding 50% of income. Any two of them are sufficient. <a href=\"\/en\/blog\/foundation-association-audit-valencian-community\/\">Find out more \u2192<\/a><\/li><li><b>You must justify IVACE+i aid.<\/b> Many IVACE+i and IVACE+i Innovaci\u00f3n calls are justified by means of a grant expenditure statement and a report from a ROAC-registered auditor, following the agency's template and Order EHA\/1434\/2007, including the \u2018Extra DANA\u2019 calls. <a href=\"\/en\/blog\/ivace-grant-justification-auditor-report\/\">Find out more \u2192<\/a><\/li><li><b>You have received more than \u20ac600,000 in grants.<\/b> Any entity required to prepare accounts that receives public grants or aid of more than \u20ac600,000 in a financial year must have that year and the years of execution audited (second additional provision of the RLAC). <a href=\"\/en\/blog\/mandatory-audit-grants-600000-euros\/\">Find out more \u2192<\/a><\/li><li><b>Town councils and public bodies.<\/b> We work with municipal comptroller's offices on financial control and on audits of dependent entities, without prejudice to the external audit carried out by the Sindicatura de Comptes (the Valencian public audit office). <a href=\"\/en\/services\/public-sector-audit\/\">Find out more \u2192<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d51d0b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-html\" data-id=\"d51d0b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"html.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ca-prose\"><h2>Valencian Community legislation we take into account<\/h2><p>In addition to national audit legislation (the Spanish Audit Act, Law 22\/2015, and its implementing regulation approved by Royal Decree 2\/2021), in the province of Valencia we apply the regional rules that determine when an entity must be audited:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Cooperatives:<\/strong> the consolidated text of the Valencian Cooperatives Act (Legislative Decree 2\/2015) regulates the audit in Article 50, the cases for housing cooperatives in Article 91.13, the preparation of accounts within four months (Article 63.4) and their filing with the Cooperatives Register within one month of approval (Article 63.8). Generalitat Laws 5\/2025 and 5\/2026 amended several provisions, but not Articles 50 or 91.13.<\/li><li><strong>Foundations:<\/strong> Law 8\/1998 on Foundations of the Valencian Community sets out in Article 21.6 seven circumstances, any two of which make the audit mandatory, in addition to the audit required in circumstances of particularly serious financial difficulty.<\/li><li><strong>Aid:<\/strong> the calls for applications of IVACE+i, IVACE+i Innovaci\u00f3n and the Generalitat's regional ministries specify in their terms, published in the DOGV (Official Journal of the Generalitat Valenciana), whether the justification requires an auditor's report and which template to use.<\/li><li><strong>Public sector:<\/strong> external audit of the Generalitat, local authorities and the rest of the Valencian public sector is the responsibility of the Sindicatura de Comptes (the Valencian public audit office), governed by Law 6\/1985 of 11 May.<\/li><\/ul><p>Each case must be analysed in the light of the entity's articles of association, figures and specific terms of the call.<\/p><\/div><ul class=\"ca-law\"><li><a
